TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All Terms and Conditions must be read and accepted at the time of purchasing a service or product. These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services, as well as to all images and content on our website. Use or purchase online on this website implies understanding and acceptance of Tamara Rubilar Ornamentation Textile Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to edit, change, delete, modify, revise and / or update the Terms and Conditions without notice. The prices of all product may change without notice.
WORKSHOPS CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration and payment are made online before the workshop. You can cancel your registration up to 48 hours before the start of the workshop by sending us an email notification, you will be reimbursed and a fee of $ 5 will be retained. No refund will be made after this deadline. To postpone a private lesson you must contact me by email at least 24h in advance, and a fee of 20$ will be charged.
No refund will be made if you must be absent for any reason.
You are responsible for reading the description of the workshop for which you wish to register to find out what tools to bring to the class, as well as to read and follow sanitary measures related to COVID-19. Please take note of the date of your workshop on your agenda as there is no reminder.
TERMS OF SALE OF PRODUCTS
Our products are handmade and carefully checked before shipment. In accordance with consumer protection law, if a product has a manufacturing defect, you can exchange it in person at our studio at 2019 rue Moreau # 416, Montreal, Qc H1M 2W1 or by mail (shipping fee at your expense).
The products are not refundable, only the exchanges for manufacturing defect are accepted.
Delivery standard of Canada Post for regular mail sent inside Canada is:
- 2 business days for local mail
- 3 business days within the province
- 4 days for national mail
These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.

All artwork, designs, images or content are the property of Tamara Rubilar Ornementation textile. Nothing on the site or in the Terms and Conditions grants the user the right to use any of our images or content without permission.
All trademarks, text, logos, graphics, images, video files, photos, site and application features, or any other digital medium, with the arrangement of the above stated on the site (content) are subject to patent, copyright, trademark, and any other protection of intellectual property. At no moment does Tamara Rubilar Ornementation textile grant permission to process or modify its content.
